My education philosophy has always had a progressive approach. I value building rapport with the students and placing the student at the center of all the learning. Students learn at different paces and in various ways and it is important to me that teaching is done in this same way. Adapting to the needs of students and taking steps along the way will increase the confidence and knowledge in each student.
